Remember ..............

• Walking down William St. after school to shop and hangout downtown. 
• Shopping at the Star Store, Cherry's, Woolworth's, Sears, W.T. Grant's, Saltmarsh, and the Enterprise Store.
• The many bomb scares at the "old" New Bedford High.
• During lunch break not being allowed to beyond the side walk surrounding the old high school.
• When it was o.k. for students to smoke on school grounds.
• Very little parking for students at the old high school.
• The class of '73 was the first graduating class from the NEW New Bedford High School.
• Durfee Dummies 
• When NBHS made news in HighTimes magazine.
